Responsibilities:

• Crafting high-quality espresso-based drinks and other beverages
• Operating coffee machines and grinders
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café
• Interacting with customers and ensuring excellent service
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed
• Assisting with food preparation and serving

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• A positive attitude and a team player
